The school is well aware of its obligation to develop students’ leadership skills. As a result, the pupils are prepared to assume roles of responsibility. There are appointments for classes, houses, schools, and more. The class professors delegate tasks to the class monitors, who carry them out. Similarly, bus monitors oversee order on school buses. House Prefects and School Prefects participate in many school committees and meet on a regular basis to discuss welfare initiatives for the school community. The principal selects the Head Boy, Head Girl, Games Captains, and other Prefects from among individuals who exhibit leadership abilities.
